Pros
Pay is decent, and the students are polite and appreciative.
Cons
Management is subpar, dishonest and overly demanding. Many drivers work 8-10 hour shifts with only one 20 minute break. The app used to route drivers is terrible: full of glitches, frequent delays and freezing. Drivers are unable to access future stops, and are expected to traverse through campus traffic in grossly unreasonable, unachievable timeframes.
