Pros

Benefits halfway decent, overall clean place to work, half decent pay, and time off.

Cons

Cliques, not much room for advancement, controlling employee who think the client's home, food, and money belong to the workers, work times suck. Those put into leadership weren't meant to lead necessarily.

The individuals that reside at SPIN

Cons

The CEO and executive director. Both are heartless, especially the executive director. They do not care who you are, your opinions or how hard you work. Those in senior management have been there many years and are more or less stuck there. They have all been trained to keep their mouth shuts and do what they are told.
