Pros
With SPM Resorts Salary was generous , benefits were great and time off was allowed as needed. All seemed to be overwhelmingly a dream career.
Cons
All They show on the outside and offer from the inside seems and is a great reflection on them as a company. However, Senior Management has under minding practices to only set themselves up for success.. Resort employees are sacrificed at random by the CEO . Anything to throw the blame to you instead of them or them just simply standing by you. The quickest fix to make owners, boards and guest only see them as the top. Truth is though they are at the top of their game and do well at it. It is a company to be proud of . They do make poor choices for staff though...
