Pros
Work hard, play hard environment. Focus on growth and revenue - executives aligned with Sr managers for the most part. Executive leadership generally embrace innovation but seem to struggle because of their own views/egos of how things should be done.
Cons
Increases in pay as existing employee are difficult at best. Inequalities based on previous management decisions are undermining the company's ability to retain top talent. Level of appreciation expressed to individual employees across departments is relatively low but increasing. This combined with pay increase challenges is an interesting dynamic for the company to overcome.
