Pros
Good work environment. They do a lot of activities so people can make friends, which is how they get away with paying people low.
Cons
Poor pay, not competitive in the market. Not a lot of room for growth unless you have been there a long long time. You need to be well liked to get a promotion. Rules of engagement are not clear and rules vary depending on the manager that you have. Quotas are not even across the floor and have changed drastically from year to year.
