      Fun work environment with growth potential

      Pros

      Fun atmosphere, great location, large company allows for room to explore/grow (haven't been here long but look forward to growing with the company)

      Cons

      The benefits are not great, there is still a bit of a disconnect amongst teams/departments although they are looking to improve on this

      Pros

      Benefits are good and the people are fun. Company culture is relaxed and most jobs are extremely autonomous. Company is growing rapidly which makes for plenty of room to move up, promotions are fairly quick too, usually around a year.

      Cons

      The job is quite honestly the most boring and soul sucking thing I've ever done. You will always have more work than can possibly be done and at times the work load becomes so high your customers will become upset at you for not being able to answer them in a timely manner. It is very hard to provide every customer a top notch experience at times due to workload which is frustrating. Pay isn't that great in entry level roles.
