      Great co-workers. Great place to work if you have zero goals or aspirations.

      Cons

      Employer does not care about employee. A lot of work for a little pay. No communication.

      Pros

      Monday-Friday, 8-5. Good work-life balance. Great start out pay for a person just out of college. Friendly coworkers/managers for the most part (every work place has a few bad seeds). Good benefits package with health and 401k. No micromangagement.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth unless you're an engineer. Work load can be intense. There was some bullying going on in the office that wasn't taken care of - manages took a very hands off approach to drama.

      Good Career Opportunities, Great Co-Workers and culture. Decent Benefits. Fortune 500 Company. Helped grow my IT career/experience immensely during my tenure

      Cons

      Company culture is changing/realigning in IT (not for the better). changes introduced last year resulted in long hours, finger-pointing and a general under-appreciation and dissatisfaction with IT as a whole from IT employees & end-users. These changes also introduced a structure that does not offer very many opportunities for internal employees to grow or get promoted due to forced specialization
