Pros

Open door policy. Executive team is approachable and friendly, when available - they have been expanding to a new facility, so CEO has been busy with that effort. Has a "family" feel at times. SQaaS Manager is receptive and treated me as a teammate not a subordinate. Even though she had her own private office, she spent most of her time in the SQaaS area: working, training, and helping the SQaaS team. I was not experienced with QA and just out of college, so it was great to get paid while I learned.

Cons

Fast growing means growing pains and that can lead to knowledge gaps at times and sometimes conflicts. Some of the benefits isn't great compared to industry. Competing in the QA space against off-shore companies, so initial training salary is low.

Pros

You'll learn a little bit of how the business world works. The CEO's nephew is cool.

Cons

Where to even begin....The level of unprofessionalism at the company is absurd. I've never worked for a company where the CEO openly admits to being ok with paying and treating his employees like garbage. The SQaaS "Manager" has zero management skills and walks around thinking she's better than everyone else. If she thinks you're wrong about something, she'll be sure to call you out in front of everyone to embarrass you. This place is a joke and needs a serious reality check.

Pros

You will be trained to be an effective QA Analyst.

Cons

I feel as some of really positive reviews are skewed by a higher up within the company in order to make the company seem better from the outside. There are other software QA companies and firms that will treat you better and offer better pay to go with it. SQA² may pride themselves on being the "only" company that pays to train you, but other companies also don't treat you like you've never held a computer before. Respect yourself and your well being and stay far away from working at SQA². The amount of micromanagement, incompetence, and mess these people have done is not worth the low amount of pay and lack of benefits.
