Pros
I think SRA is dedicated to the success of its employees, and values the skills each member brings to the organization. SRA rates as one of the top 3 companies I have worked for in my 20 plus years of full time employment. The company values not only the staff that work in the company's dwellings, but equally values those whom work on customer sites.
Cons
Although the company values its employees, its leave policies are antiquated and do not promote a well balanced work/life need. The company pays for OT but does not have a good system in place to capture Comp-time which mose employees value more than OT.
