Awards are also given on the basis of politics 5. Lots and lots of deductions in salary. Almost 5k. When asked, you will get a rude answer, explanation from the team. 6. Less increment. Infact, you have to fight for the increment 7. Is not an encouraging environment to work 8. Cheap minds. Spread lot of cheap rumours
