      Grabbed some good projects on behalf of Cisco. No new projects coming.

      Cons

      Worked here for a year or so, Not a worth remembering experience though. Couldn't find a single manager worthy being called as managers. They don't take stand for their employees but the arrogant vendors. They lack basic etiquette and often miss behave with employees. Policies are just to favor Management and to torture employees, When it comes to employees, they change policy over-night. No Career path is defined and no Performance review system. Openly footlicker employees are given preference. Seen hire-&-fire policy for so many colleges, they were given a day's time to wrap-up.
