Cons

Local customer requirements are all over the place, still new to the area & trying to grow local business from nearby bases. A lot of potential & travel opportunities

Pros

Great opportunity for advancement, pays very well, with fantastic benefits. Working with the US military can be very rewarding knowing that you are providing a benefit for the warfighter that is deployed overseas.

Cons

Very political and "cliquey". Job performance is not as important as being very friendly with the right department head. Not enough projects in the development stage going forward to fruition to support very large overhead costs (i.e. too many managers, vice presidents, and support staff).

Great benefits and flexible schedule. Several very interesting projects and good people.

Cons

Management among some areas is very much an old boys club which limits some advancement opportunities. Additionally they have been having difficulty with managing personnel in such a way that it is efficient. Three layoffs in twelve months.
