9yWorking at a consultant firm can be stressful at times, whether you are working on client projects or as a corporate services professional. While meeting the demands of our business is important, so is the wellbeing of our employees. That’s why we find it important to offer things like flexibility in setting work schedule and additional accrual pay for salaried employees who work beyond their regular hours.
