      Pros

      I work for Comcast by way of SRI. My colleagues who work for other companies do not get the spectrum of benefits that we get. We have paid holidays, PTO, 401k, health, etc. I’m so glad I was recruited by SRI and not the other companies that service this customer.

      I have not found anything to complain about.

      Pros

      Very flexible work environment, lead successful projects and you can fairly well make your own schedule and job function. Pay is very competitive and leaders support you.

      Cons

      Benefits are mediocre, can feel disconnected as a contract worker within another organization. Little opportunity for growth/career development.
