Don't have much pros in SRIT.
Cons
1.Heavy work load. 2.you can't manage work life balance. 3.No additional benefits. 4.poor management. 5.No standards of coding. 6.Saturday also working. 7.Too much pressure on employees. 8.there is no proper document. 9.managers are rude behaviour with employees.
