Pros

When the hours are good your good. Guys you work with are great and funny to be around

Cons

Hours cut down to 40 hours a week rain or shine. Management lacks driver communication not. Benefits are not worth a damn. Always constantly shoveling or keeping your floor clean. Not actually guaranteed 8 hours a day.

Pros

SRM has good benefits and no ceiling to your hourly salary. They do foster a family atmosphere but sometimes it's like the Hatfield's and McCoys.

Cons

No 40 hour guarantee. If it rains all week you're just out of luck. New plant manager who quickly forgot what it was like to be an operator. Absolutely no life when starting at 12,1 in the morning or even coming in at 11 PM the same day you have already worked.
