Pros

Health Insurance, and pension plan after certain years

Cons

Extremely toxic and hostile work environment and nepotism. Many underqualified people are hired into roles just based on connections or family. You can have a finance major can be a principal electrical engineer etc. Management is toxic and micromanaging and dismissive of employees' feelings. A lot of shady things going on and drama/corporate politics since regulated utility.

- No shareholders driving poor business decisions - Hybrid work model - Relaxed atmosphere - Put customers first - Discounted food at cafeteria - Good healthcare and dental - Decent promotion line for both technical (engineers) and non-technical professionals (management)

Cons

- Salary not as high as contractors
