They didn't micromanage my contract at all. I hardly ever saw them.

Cons

I hardly ever saw them... When I had payroll issues I went to them and 5 months later still haven't gotten it resolved. They aren't very attentive to their employees.

Excellent management, Out of box support to the employees. Very very focused approach.

Cons

Improvisation is never ending process. SRS also believes it needs in few areas from time to time.
