      fast paced, learn a lot, with big opportunity to grow, company stays lean and agile with everything they do, lots of aggies

      Cons

      things are incredibly fast paced and you can get lost, people get hired quickly and get fired quickly. very work hard play hard atmosphere. not always a lot of structure or help learning your role. you have to roll with the punches and teach yourself
