      Very toxic environment, it is a job rollercoaster because of the constant layoffs they do every year. No room for advancement.

      Easy going if you have the right management in place

      If management isn't putting the time in to keep the branch running smoothly it quickly becomes days on end of nothing but headaches. It's not a hard business if you know what you're doing

      -When I started at SRS it had the feeling of a family run company. The founder of the company was always present and he genuinely cared about his employees over his bottom line. -You can invest a fortune into the company

      -Harassment is openly accepted -Gossip is rampant -Power struggles between departments -Weak middle management -Toxic environment -Layoffs happened on the same day they started new people
