Pros
Extremely positive and people-centered work environment. Emails to almost any level of the company are answered with not only speed but actual responses. If you're asking the wrong person a question they will guide you to the right source in a gracious manner. You will work hard, but you are compensated fairly for it. Not only that, it seems that a lot of the people I deal with are promoted from within, meaning you have a great degree of mobility to find your fit.
Cons
It is a massive company so sometimes the standard operating procedure doesn't make sense on the ground floor but the management is aware and will assist you in tailoring the process to your needs.
