      Not the Place it Used to be

      Pros

      This used to be an entirely different place to work with a different culture that I was proud of and inspire to come to work for daily. A couple years/months ago, I may have recommended SRS as a place to work. SRS has changed so much within the past several months, it is unrecognizable.

      Cons

      -Extreme Burnout -Very Top Heavy Organization -Little to no Diversity -Good Old Boys Culture -Put Profit & Growth over People -The HR department specifically is the most overworked, dysfunctional, & hostile place to work within the Company -Corporate is not staffed to support the field -Complete disconnect between leadership/corporate office and field operations -No Work/Life Balance -Poor Benefits Packages

      Pros

      Overall, good company culture. If you have $10K, a good place to invest your money.

      Cons

      HR Department is toxic. There are coworkers that do not produce results while others go unnoticed. - work life balance - HR is disconnected. While other departments have get togethers regularly, HR does not have meetings so you never know what everyone is doing. - New leadership does not represent the culture.

      They take care of their people. They recognize those with integrity; generating many opportunities for growth.

      Business is busy so some questions internally take time to get answered. This is due to prioritizing clients and consumer interactions.
