The pay was the good thing but heavily bonus based.

Cons

The environment was terrible and the shift work was not great. You stayed tired due to lack of sleep it was also a buddy system like most places.

The place is stuck in the past. Not diversify at all. Very tribal working environment where some people are very isolated.
