      Pros

      Good Benefits Decent pay SSAB as a whole is a world class employer that’s growing considerably.

      Cons

      If you weren’t in the “click” you can hang it up. There’s zero morale, and lack of safety concern. Walking around looking in trash cans should be the least of concern from a safety director’s standpoint but it’s not. Trip hazards, electrical hazards, rigging hazards are all overlooked. They didn’t make it too hard to pursue another job.
