Buddy system in a tech roll created safety issues. Mangers having friends with benefits left worker ethics at a low outlook.

Great place to work, exceptional pay with production and safety bonuses. Secure position within our market and industry.

Excessive mandatory overtime ......too many worked consecutive shifts.....not enough positions to cover absences.....very limited opportunities
