Poor Management (note: this is subject to department) - many managers often appointed based on years of service and other metrics, not on their ability for servant leadership. Not meritocratic, ideas often stolen by higher management rather than embraced and collaborated upon. Very limited growth opportunities. Poor renumeration and heavy travel expectations.
