Pros

Small company with good management and ownership. Good team environment and employees are treated as family. Management actively goes after new business and promotes from within. Company events happen frequently - trips to NY, brunches, dinners, game nights and more. One of the best companies I have worked for.

Cons

No cons if you are a good and competent worker

Pros

SSB is a great team that really comes together to make good work. Since it's a smaller company, you really get to know everybody. The management really makes an effort to get everybody out of the office to go to baseball games, or cookouts in the park, or even go to new york city for the day. They feel like happy employees make the best products for their customers. They work hard to make sure everybody is on a team where they feel comfortable, but that can also give them a chance to grow and develop their own skills.

Cons

Nothing to complain about here. Haven't had a bad experience here yet.
