      Benefits and tuition reimbursement are nice.

      Cons

      Outsourced management companies that change on a regular basis. High turnover rate due to an ongoing addition of "job duties", changes in management, and an overall hostile attitude towards lower pay grade department's that seems to be acceptable and fostered throughout the hospital environment.
