The managers are able to go on power trips with no repercussions whatsoever. HR bragged about firing his own father on the first day of orientation. Linda at SSP is also terrible. It seems like management only cares about the money. Don't hold each other accountable and their relationships are unprofessional. They're more worried about helping each other out and gossiping about the small workers. I was wrongfully terminated for not working 3 hours past when my shift was supposed to end and didn't do things outside of my job description.
