      Pros

      I have yet to come across a company that has so much integrity in its leadership. The PASSION principles that are spoken about from the top, resonate throughout the organization. The environment is EXCITING, changing, and ever evolving. You genuinely respect the people you work with even during natural organizational conflict

      Cons

      The work is intense here as a growing company.....but you somehow still manage to have fun doing it.
