guarantee job due to high turn over of staff Teams are passionate.

Cons

morally devoid, will pay someone minimum wage and expect them to lone work and be full responsible for units which take gross amounts of profits. High expectations yet low labour to actually put into place. Ops managers spend more on favourites or hold back money to increase own bonuses. Charge customers far too much and expect answers for why customers shop elsewhere. £2.50 for a 500ml bottle of coke!
