Empty values and meaningless culture

- Discount meals at lunchtime from SSP-owned units and the occasional free lunch. - Most of the staff are quite friendly. - Remote working and a clean, new office

Cons

- Salaries are way below average - To make the business seem more profitable, management will make people redundant instead of investing in customer-facing activities to increase revenues.
