Pros

good work life balance; some staff discount; location easy to travel to; colleagues mostly nice (though I had experience with some back stabbing colleagues who completely just take your credit); pay is within industry standard; some managers are nice

Cons

lack of diversity; no real career progression (mentioned many times, but nothing happened out of it) hard to see where you would go next in your career; generally older employees and may miss out fun/social events because your colleagues need to go home to their kids; no training; very very hierarchical and lots of politics; no culture and no values (literally no!) and do not prioritise employees, to them you are just a number :)
