There’s possibilities to grow within the company

Very profit- and cost-reduction-focused. Recently, so many hours have been cut that every Starbucks store is currently understaffed. Zero acknowledgement for good prestation and the company culture and atmosphere is very negative - even though they try to cover it up with their aspiration to show they “care” everyday.
