We can learn a lot about various kinds of brands, as there is a lot of internal transfers with in the various outlets.People can work for a long time with SSP which can be good at times.

Cons

The management does not believe in motivating the people and there is really lack of growth in the management.The top positions are always handled by certain nationalities and they are rascist people who don't consider other nationalities as equals. There are managers in the same position doing same job for more than 10 -20 years and they do not get promoted.So there is bottle neck in the promotions. They always look for profit without considering the growth of its employees.

the job is fun and enjoyable if you work with a good team, staff drinks are free, discount within ssp

Cons

minimum hourly wage, can be very hectic if you work in a station and serve many mean customers who are rushing to get somewhere .Working within ssp you don't get discounts at starbucks outside ssp.
