The MDW team will chew you up and spit you out. You’re a number - a dollar sign to them and they will squeeze every ounce of energy out of you and demand more. The Ops Director is a horrible person and doesn’t have what it takes to be in that role. No passion and no common sense.

Cons

Horrible union issues, people running wild, if you’re a good employee get ready to work your tail off while others stand by and watch. Oh and the hourly union staff make more money than the supervisors and assistant managers. Very toxic place and experience.
