      Descent paycheck, but absolutely no chance at bonus or growth.

      Senior leadership is terrible, condescending, and quit frankly ruthless. The systems within the commissary are antiquated, and down right disgusting. How they remain open serving food from this facility is beyond me. The equipment when not broken, is filthy. Working in a union environment as a non-union manager makes any and all interactions with the staff a challenge, and you receive little or no support from HR or senior leaders. Check the adds they run.. They literally hire 20-40 people weekly for this operation. The management staff has turned over completely in the past 18 months, as nobody in their right mind wants to work for the local director. Money does not compensate for the culture.
