I had the pleasure of working at SSP America for one year and I must say that the work environment was one of the best aspects of my time there. One of the main pros of the work environment was the sense of teamwork and collaboration. Everyone was encouraged to work together towards common goals and there was a real sense of camaraderie among colleagues. This made it easy to share ideas and feedback with one another, which ultimately led to more efficient and effective work.

Cons

one of the cons of the work environment was the lack of communication. There There were often times when important information was not shared with all employees or there were misunderstandings between different teams. This could lead to confusion and frustration.
