Worst Company to work for as Manager- Very poor Operations

Get to see and take pictures with famous people at the Air Port.. Nothing else

Poor Operation management. No support, have to run the stores with or with out enough stuff, No Salary annually increase, if you are Multi-unit manager, at some point you will end up doing inventory for more than one unit on a night. You opinion don't matter you have to do as you were told, long hours work, Do not touch an expired product or you will get terminated, Once hired they told you, you are assigned to one unit but when you start, you noticed that you are assigned to more that one unit.. this pages is not enough to keep going .. highest turnover ever seen in any give company and organization..

You will work, and you will get paid.

Cons

Some of the manager and hr are fiends with power and a devious aristocratic persona. Attrition is very high and many of the employees are treated without respect as disposable cogs in a huge machine. You will occasionally notice some sort of discrimination etc because of what little value and replaceable the cashiers, porters and preps are considered.
