Pros are cash tips, decent benefits, Union ran and 4 day shifts.

Cons

Management or lack there of. Treated awful by co workers and guests and no repercussions because managers have no back up so they are usually back of house doing everything else and can’t run front of house. Be prepared to be your own host, server, bar-back, food runner and bussing your own tables. Plus be ready for non-stop turn and burn tables with no breather in between. There is a line waiting outside restaurant due to no host and not enough staff.
