I worked for this company from May 2018- January 2020. I’m sure it’s totally different now because of Covid but -Tips. Tips were always pretty good and credit card tips were paid out to you that night so you always went home with all your tips. Cash tips didn’t need to be reported. A few hundred a shift. Paycheck could amount to $0 depending on how many credit card tips were earned per hours worked but it’s worth it.

Cons

Very ratchet at the JFK location. Huge employee turnover. Poor management, managers were always changing. Certain problem employees were protected with union status.
