      There is no pros as I think of so far

      Low pay, not that much to learn, management is really bad. Overall I don’t recommend working here at all!

      Pros

      Free food but could not use meal cards on any steak, fish and certain menu items. $20 limit so being at an airport meant we were always paying out of pocket. Some good people.

      Cons

      Made us work more than 50 hours a week. Servers and bartenders made way more than us and didn’t respect us. Rampant sexual harassment by directors. One actually was fired. Numerous incidents with employees and even customers that were not addressed. Incompetent management overall. You’re an attractive female, don’t worry, you can sleep your way to the top.

      Before Covid it was always busy

      Cons

      Overworked managers and understaffed restaurants led to most days them taking their frustrations out on servers. Any positive managers that were ever hired were taken advantage of until they left. Operations managers and Human Resources was a complete joke.
