Great pay, unfair to management long hours

Pros

Pay is great benefits incentives free lunch for managers. The employees were union but they were really nice great working environment . Great people who work there hiring process was amazing and the upper management is really cool too!

Cons

14 hour days, managers don't make the schedules and managers are told what there schedule is weekly. It's union employees so if your not good to them they can not show up and it be ok. I was told I couldn't get two consecutive days off as a manager !

I have been an employee for a few years now. I started as a Supervisor and worked my way up to Unit Manager. I heard a few bad things when I started here but I never listened to what anyone had to say. It turns out there has been new upper Management here that really cares.

Shortage of staff at times but nothing my team can't handle

Pros

Early hours schedule, and good benefits. Company seems good at the core. I would have loved to learn more but it didn't happen.

Cons

Unorganized, didn't decide to badge me until a few days before I started. I put in a month notice to my employer why not get started sooner. Had no parking because of no badge. Didn't provide me with an actual schedule, I was told Day by day when to come. I was terminated over TEXT!
