      Exciting Work Place!

      Pros

      When you are doing the same job for almost 7 years, you tend to loose interest in what you are doing, but working at SSI is something which is against to it, you get to learn something new everyday and you are always involved in the smallest part of the growth of the company. This is something which makes you excited coming to work daily. I review SSI as a place which acts as a ladder for you to enhance your skills. Its typically a different workplace, where you have great bunch of people working along with you and also a motivating management.

      Pros

      • I have been working with SSI for about 5 months now and i can honestly say that i am happy with my decision of choosing SSI. Amazing work culture. • Flexible work hours so i would strongly recommend if you have a family SSI is a right company to work with. • Team is young and very competitive. I really have to appreciate the opportunity given for all the top performers to visit US and to build the rapport with US counterparts. • Great coworkers, free food, work from home , love the infrastructure. • Good Pay and Perks. • Quick interview process and it was very smooth.

      Cons

      nothing i could think of .... it would be nice if we have more Fun on the floor , atleast once in a month should have fun activity to create a lively fun workplace.
