Pros

Software specialists is an excellent and challenging place for career growth and to learn things in a professional manner. Good infrastructure, friendly colleagues and management. Best place for long term career development. The internship experience was awesome with good support and guidance from the entire team and on the floor training sessions which helped me to learn the skills even more faster.

Cons

There are absolutely no cons working in this company.

Great Company to work, Friendly colleagues, Greatest Incentives in the market, Transparent Systems. One of the Greatest Leader (Director) i have worked with and will definitely like to work with him directly if i get a chance.

Cons

I don't think working here will be challenging one but depends whom you're working with ;)
