I Have been a part of SSI and I feel so glad about it. Though it is of short span, I love this organisation and the way the work is carried out. Growth in SSI is enormous and it all depends on one's own talent. No one can be a shareholder of one's growth. If you achieve then its all yours. So many hands to take care of the problems faced by an employee. I am sure I will be missing this organisation.

Its been close to 20 months association with Software Specialists. I am one of the employee who got benefited from the company. I would say, the management gives more importance to the people than putting then on work pressure. They understand well and treat everyone in equal. Not seen any company with a kind of incentive policy that Software Specialists has and We can earn as much as we can in the form incentives.. Environment is cool and colleagues are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Software Specialists to anyone who wants to work in stress free environment.
