Cons

It is a common practice to work overtime so there is not much work life balance. Furthermore, there is a high risk of injury due to the nature of the job (Aircraft Maintenance). Since the merge of the sub companies, the job may involve you to go to different locations. Also, some employees are unable to speak proper English so it’s hard to communicate.
