Really ez to get in, can meet some friendly people

Cons

One of the slowest progression I’ve ever seen, benefits deteriorate exponentially over the years. Opportunities are instilled into useless people based on uni grade, what a brainless system. Technical seniors pretty incompetent to teach, lots of elderly in their 30s and 40s waiting for retirement
