Friendly working environment. Work life balance. Good learning ground for fresh graduates if your supervisor knows his/her stuffs. "Job Security", Good retirement ground, almost no retrenchment.

Cons

Low basic pay, there's no benchmarking efforts, very outdated pay structure. Slow career progression, very much depends on your reporting officer's appraisal of you, if your reporting officer doesn't know what you are doing, ie. not the one you are working with then good luck. Nothing to learn if your supervisor doesn't know his/her stuffs, expect lots of delegation and worse if your credits are not recognized.
