- Helpful colleagues when it comes to troubleshooting - seniors are willing to impart and share knowledge

Cons

- No standardisation across all Quality engineers that vet thru paperwork which causes many quality issues. - Guilt trip you for not working overtime. - Poor hangar floor and work-stand condition - Test sets are loaned out to other facilities as there are only one test set available in the company.
